These terms cover your use of SMS4buddy. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
1. Using the messages
The messages, wishes and shayari here are meant to be sent. You're welcome to copy any of them into a text, a card, a caption, a status or a speech, as they are or changed to fit, with no credit needed.
What isn't allowed is republishing the collection itself: copying pages or large parts of the library onto another website, app or product, or scraping the site to do so. The selection, writing and arrangement of the library belong to SMS4buddy.
2. The tools
The text tools and calculators are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. Styled text is made of Unicode characters, and how it displays depends on the app, font and device on the other end, so we can't promise it looks the same everywhere or that every platform accepts it (for example in a username).
3. Messages you send us
If you send us a message, correction or suggestion, you confirm it's yours to share and give us permission to edit and publish it on SMS4buddy. We'll credit you if you ask us to.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, overload it, get around its security, or use it to harass anyone.
5. Advertising and links
The site shows ads from third parties, including Google. We don't control or endorse what those ads promote. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.
6. No warranty, and limits on liability
SMS4buddy is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it's error-free or always online. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the update.
